Improvement of cluster interaction of economic entities in the construction industry

Improvement of cluster interaction of economic entities in the construction industry

Journal of Economic Regulation, , Vol. 8 (no. 4),

The article deals with the development of interaction between economic entities of the construction industry in the formation and implementation of the territorial-production construction cluster. A scheme for the development of the construction industry is proposed on the basis of improving the intra-cluster interaction of economic entities in the territorial-production construction cluster. The mechanism of interaction of participants of intra-cluster interaction of economic entities of the territorial-production construction cluster is presented. It is noted that the presence of contradictions between the interests of the participants in the interaction is the main problem arising from the conflict of interests between them. Attention is drawn to the totality of economic entities that are part of the collaboration in the formation of a territorial-production construction cluster. The article argues the use of the institution of public-private partnership as an integrator of interaction between state, municipal and business structures in the construction industry. Presented and commented on the ongoing projects of public-private partnership in the form of concession agreements, examples are given of attracting additional investment resources in the construction industry. The need to expand the possibility of the institute of public-private partnership with the aim of attracting additional investment resources to this branch and reducing costs due to intra-cluster interaction of economic entities was noted. The main tasks are solved within the framework of proposed institutional changes in the construction industry. As a result of the work, it was noted that attracting investments by business structures within the framework of concession agreements between state, municipal and entrepreneurial structures allows solving a number of specific tasks of the construction industry and creating institutional conditions for concluding new contracts in the industry.
