Institutional priorities of formation and functioning of the motivational mechanisms in the labor market

In the paper the authors consider institutional features of formation and functioning of motivational mechanisms in the labor market, as well as major trends of Russian modern system of labor motivation. Special attention is paid to the role of salary as an institutional component of the mechanism of labor motivation in conditions of decreasing the lag in the economic development.
