Differences in marketing strategies of various types of banks

Banks can be divided into three general groups of commercial banks, specialized banks, and interest- free banks depending on their activities. Due to the different nature of each of them and their activities, this study examines whether there is a fundamental difference in the type of their marketing strategies. In this regard, a variety of strategies for banking services were first examined, then differences in the application of these strategies in various banks were studied using Kruskal - Wallis test. The results indicated that there are differences in the marketing strategies of different types of banks. In addition to that Friedman test was used for priorities of strategies in every type of the banks (by SPSS).
