Formation of quasi-integrated business structures with foreign capital participation in institutional conditions of host regions

The phenomenon of quasi-integration with participation of foreign direct investments is analyzed in the paper. The mutual impact areas of FDI and institutional environment of the host region are highlighted. These trends importance for the methodology of regional investment policy improvement is underlined.
