Innovations in the public sector

The public sector as a significant component of the innovation economy in Russia acts, on the one hand, as the manufacturer (the sphere of science), translator (education) and the institution, accelerating the innovation diffusion in the industrial sector of the private sector, on the other hand, requires continuous innovational modernization. Important managerial innovation in the public sector is the implementation of the centralization principle in the field to meet the state needs through the federal contract system formation at the macro-level and purchases consolidation at the micro-level of separate subject of the public sector, in particular, SFU.
